Week 5

I cleaned and reorganized this weekend, put away some of my sweaters in eager anticipation of spring.  Fit into pants I haven't been able to before, squat 145 pounds, and sprinting in cold weather - that will make you feel alive.  :)
Also - the best meal I have made in a long time - 10 minute farro (from Trader Joe's), tossed with a little butter and a lot of parsley.  Salt and pepper, topped with an egg, sunny side up.
Wow, so good!
