I am working on those goals posted to the right, they are not there for decoration!
I have committed myself to losing weight (I am counting my calories!) and yesterday was able to run 8 minutes straight! My only strategy is to increase my run time by a minute each run, though I do have to admit to sucking down a bit of coffee directly before yesterdays success, so perhaps a caffeine induced success, but I am calling it a success none the less! :)
